• Arranging the transfer of utilities.
• Taking an inventory where necessary.
• Overseeing and assisting tenants moving in and out.
• Making the necessary inspection visits.
• Collection and transfer of monthly rent monies.
• General and emergency maintenance, using either our own, or your preferred tradesmen.
